This time, more than 850,000 people are expected to attend this show to check out the latest car models debuting in the automobile world. Many carmakers are focusing on economical and efficient modes of transportation this time in this show.

Featuring a 4.7 liter V8 engine, Maserati Kubang SUV boasts of an eight speed transmission that has been especially developed by Maserati. This amazing SUV car has been manufactured by the same factory workers who are engaged in producing Jeep Grand Cherokees and Dodge Durangos.

Till now, no specific details of the launch and price of Maserati Kubang SUV have been revealed.

This beautiful Volkswagen Beetle Concept has been especially designed and developed keeping the global factors in mind. Featuring 20 inch “Talladega” alloy wheels that can be seen in VW Golf R and VW Scirocco R, this car is packed with ultimate technologies and functions.

Ensuring that this vehicle has ultimate style and comfort level, Volkswagen gave its wider bumpers and exhaust vents to bring enhanced aerodynamic properties. Powered by a 2 liter TSI four cylinder engine, Volkswagen Beetle Concept also boasts of a Haldex 4Motion all wheel drive system.

On the other hand, this new car also comes adorned with black Nappa leather and carries the ‘R’ logo. Incorporating the brushed aluminum pedal caps and R-logo door with a reflection of the ‘R’ style statement, this car is worth a peep at the upcoming 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show.

Delivering the drive torque to the rear wheels, the new Fiat Freemont AWD car can also detect a slippery ground with its sensors. It also minimizes the waste of fuel with its special features. Featuring a 19-inch light wheel and a navigation system with a 8.4” touch screen, this car will come equipped with rear camera and chrome roof rails.

Another cool thing about Fiat Freemont AWD car is that the torque in it is transferred according to the ground conditions between 40 and 105 km/h. It can automatically address the torque to the rear wheels while driving on a curve all of a sudden. Such are the amazing features of this car that will be unveiled at the 2011 Frankfirt Auto Motor Show.

Backed with a dynamic goodness of ultimate technologies, this car will be up for display at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011. The Frankfurt Motor Show has always been a place where the German car makers showcase their best machines and their rivals pose a challenge for them. This year was no different with beautiful cars like the Bentley and the Rolls Royce setting the tone. Michael Macht also expressed his views and was convinced that Porsche will also have an electric sports car of its own pretty soon. The car has hybrid plugins which can be recharged and you can cover as many as 30-50 miles before petrol or diesel engine takes control. The Frankfurt Motor Show mainly had cars with a low-carbon technology on view which seems a major threat for small budget independent companies.

The 2010 Audi A5 Sportsback is all set to get its maiden live appearance at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2009, which is expected to be a gala event for the auto show lovers. This car would be third in the A5 line up and has four doors, a lengthy rear hatch and more liberal interior to go with the decent sizes boot. The A5 Sportsback is a low slung car with huge carrying ability. Leading up to the Frankfurt show, Ferrari has also released images of the al new F458 which it is going to showcase in the upcoming show. It is a completely new car with stunning exterior and interior design. The 458 Italia has a V8 engine with extra power and a new gearbox. It is also expected to notch up a top speed of 325 km/hr. The chassis of the car is built from light weight aluminum and has performance enhancing electronic aids.

Among the many automakers that would showcase their exciting machines in the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show from around the world, Mazda has decided to celebrate the 20th Birthday of MX-5 with the unveiling of the MX-5 superlight. The car has been designed in Oberusel ,Germany at Mazda’s European studios. The car which is rumoured to be a concept does not have door handles, front windscreen and the folding roof which were present in the MX-5. The rear deck of the car has been revised and the bodywork ahs been given a complete new look. There have also been modifications made in terms of its weight and handling ability.

Peugeot is also eyeing the upcoming show to launch their Hybrid4 powertrain. The car which operates on diesel and electricity will be first of its kind. It has been produced keeping in mind the common acceptance of diesel as fuel in Europe. The front wheels of the car would be powered by the diesel engine and the electric motor would power the rear wheels. The CO2 emission of the car is expected to be as low as 99g/km. it is expected to hit the European market in 2011.

The 2011 SLS AMG by Mercedes Benz is apparently going to be the highlight of the Frankfurt Motor Show. The car has a 6.2l V8 engine and is expected to notch up a speed of 0-100km/h in just 3.8 seconds. The car would be built with a fabric top and is expected to be produced in limited number.

The 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show which is expected to run from the 17th to the 27th of September will have many automakers exhibiting their new models.

Among the cars which are expected to be unveiled at the show, the Lexus Premium Compact needs a special mention. The car has a high belt line and low-slung roof. The style also seems sharp and aggressive. There is a speculation that the car would feature a hybrid powertrain and this is illustrated by the low air access in the front bumper and its highly streamlined styling.

Another much awaited car to be showcased at the show is the 2010 Volkswagen Golf R which will be successor to the R32. The car will have the Haldex all-wheel drive system and is expected to have a power of around 208kW. It has a lighter engine and the AWD system is sure to provide better grip than the R32. The car is all set to make its debut in the next months show and is expected to be available in the European market for sale later this year.

The Aston Martin’s 2010 Rapide which is a four door coup will also make its first appearance in the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. The car is expected to have a 6.0liter V12 engine and power of 350 kW. The Rapide is the first four door coup produced by Aston Martin after Lagonda made an exit in 1989 and orders are coming thick and fast for this car.
