The Vancouver International Auto Show this year would be used to run a charity lottery by commencing its Dream Car Lottery. This means that a lucky ticket buyer has the opportunity to win a 2010 Porsche 911 Carrera!
The proceeds of the ticket would be handed over to various charities and sport organizations. The lottery ticket would cost you just $15 each or you can also get your hand on four tickets for just $45. Tickets are also available online till March 29th after which you would be able to buy it only at the show.
The president of The New Car Dealers Association of British Columbia was very enthusiastic and felt great pleasure in continuing their support to Special Olympics which helps almost 3,500 athletes to realize their dreams. The organization would also acquire a special vehicle that would meet the requirements of the mentally and physically challenged individuals.
The 911 Carrera which is up for grabs is a stunning looking car. The interior of the car has been designed with beautiful black leather. It has paddle gear changers and lets the drive have full view of the roads. Although there are two rear seats in the car, they would suit better to carry youngsters. Some of the other features of the car include airbags to protect you from all corners, Anti-Lock Breaking system and an immobilizer.
So, the $15 lottery is definitely worth trying because even if you don’t win, you are indeed lending a helping hand to the Special Olympics.
