The popular Detroit Auto Show is about to take place and so is the launch of many new car concepts. This year, you will get to see the launch of the much-awaited 2010 Fisker Karma car. This four-door electric hybrid car comes with a V-12 2.0L engine sourced from General Motors.
The new Fisker Karma S Concept car will also be displayed in this auto motor show. Priced at $87,900, this new car comes fitted with a 2.0L turbocharged Ecotec four engine from General Motors that can produce 260hp and 260 lb-ft of torque.
Check out the new 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 car concept designed to deliver 540hp and 510 lb-ft of torque. With all the aggressive styling details, this Ford car has got many new features like the front chin splitter and hood air extractor.
The new 2010 Ford Taurus will also make its debut in 2009 Detroit Auto Show. This one is the new expansion to the EcoBoost family of engines. Sporting a kinetic design, this Ford car is like the Lincoln MKR concept.
Explore the new 2009 Honda Insight concept. This 200,000 five-door and five-seat Insight car will be available at a starting price of $19,000. Featuring a more aerodynamic body, this one would be one of the most charming cars in this auto show.
Jaguar XFR is all set to be released in Detroit Auto Show. This car will take over the present 420hp Jaguar car. Sporting many noticeable changes, this XFR car will be fitted with an engine that will keep intercooler temperatures down.
Do check out the new Kia Soulster concept that will be debuting in 2009 Detroit Motor show. This concept car appears to be a complete package with its thicker B-pillar design.
