The illustrious Denver Auto Show is all set to kick off on 7th of April at the Denver Convention Centre. The first edition of the show was held in 1902 and consequently it has a great history. The Colorado Automobile Dealer Association has the responsibility to present the show this year. Unlike last year where people witnessed new autos with classic rubbing tires, this year the focus would be “green”.

The 2010 Washington Auto Show
The Washington Auto Show which held from 27 to 31 January is known to be the perfect platform for new models. The Washington Convention Center was the venue for this year’s show. The influx of billions of dollars from Capitol Hill has meant that this year edition would be of a much higher profile. Over 700 cars of different make and model from over 42 domestic and foreign auto-giants were put on display.

2010 San Diego International Auto Show
Apart from the real estate, the auto industry is certainly the sector which has born the brunt of the ongoing recession. Although automaker giants like General Motors and Chrysler have hit an all time low, the car industry must carry on. The San Diego International Auto Show which was scheduled for 30th December was something which made people realize what they were missing if they had never been to a motor show. The show held at the San Diego Convention Centre. It ended on the 3rd of January.

Highlights of LA Auto Show
The Los Angeles Auto Show kicked off on December 4th of this year at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This year’s event which will wind up on the 13th December, promises to be the platform for the launch of some fabulous cars. Speculations are that the Motor Show will have from fuel saving economy cars to some of the best recreated Muscle cars from America.

Acura ZDX Concept at New York Auto Show 2009
The world got a chance to see the prototype of the Acura ZDX for the first time as it was unveiled at the New York auto show. It is a great mix of a sports coupe and a sports-utility. This amazing car has been designed by Michelle Christensen. Jeff Conrad who is the vice president of sales for Acura is of the opinion that the mix of sports coupe and sports utility has given the ZDX the opportunity to create a brand new segment altogether and would attract new customers. According to him, it is a luxury performance coupe. Although the previous version looked a little truck-like, the ZDX looks mostly like a sedan. The roof which has a slope rally looks spectacular and its tinted glasses and the rear valance panel and taillights are amazingly blended and are almost seamless.
